		<description>Thanks a lot for your recipe and extremely clear instructions. Made the wrappers for the first time and could not believe how easy it was. They turned out perfect and so easy to work with. Much more pliable than the shop-bought ones.</description>

		<description>You can let it rest however you want. In bowl, covered with plastic wrap. On the counter with a damp towel. It doesn&#039;t really matter as long as it doesn&#039;t dry out. Hope that helps. :)</description>
