Very cool idea Cheri! One side salad idea that goes well with pork is something I had nearly forgotten about until I was at my mom’s for supper the other day. Cut up some apples stir in a Tbsp or two of brown sugar and cream and a handful of pecans. It’s so fast and really good!

it won’t be long before he’s chasing other little girls around too, but let’s not rush things, right? :)
one of the best and most often-used things i’ve ever been given is a bowl-shaped nonstick pan specifically for tortillas. i use it all the time but if i didn’t have it, your aluminum foil trick is just brilliant and would definitely come in handy!

I know.. I always try to have fruit for a snack during the day, but end up having some sort of carb with it, otherwise I am still hungry. :) Glad to see I am not totally alone. :)
