		<description>There are no dumb questions! :) Yes, the rind is in the same saucepan as the grapefruit sections. The signature ingredient of marmalades is some form of citrus zest, usually cut into thin strips rather then little shavings. I am not the best at writing instructions. Sorry about that. :)

If you do give this a try, let me know what you think. People tend to either love or hate marmalade because it has a bit of a bitter taste. I always pucker on the first bite, but after that initial shock I am in love. :)</description>
