Yeeeaah! I just made hollandaise sauce for the first time a few days ago, so I’m still figuring out how to make it the perfect consistency. Never thought to use it on asparagus – this is a great idea. Thanks for a great recipe!

Delicious! I swap out half the butter for cream cheese in hollandaise sauce, and it makes it even creamier. Gorgeous pictures!
